The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills and experience: - Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms. - Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. - Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. In addition to the above must-have skills, the following skills are considered nice to have: - Agile Framework - Knowledge of the Insurance domain As a frontend developer, your responsibilities will include: - Reaching out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes. - Maintaining code and writing automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. - Transitioning existing React web apps to React Native. - Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with the overall system architecture. - Defining best practices, coding standards, and processes to ensure high-quality and maintainable frontend code. - Staying updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends and introducing tools and techniques to enhance the frontend development process. - Contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for frontend development, aligning it with the company's business objectives. - Providing technical guidance and support to the frontend development team, ensuring that the technical direction is effectively communicated and executed. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in frontend development.,
