Job Description
Position Title: Senior Architect Experience: Min. 03-07 years Qualification: B. Arch/ M. Arch Must Have Skills Set AUTO CAD and other design tools Professional approach and self-driven attitude Good knowledge of feasibility report Roles and Responsibilities: As senior Architect you will be responsible for giving tentative designs at the land purchase stage, showing how the FSI will be consumed and accommodate parking to make the project feasible Knowledge of Liasioning Norms & Application in Design Coordination with all In-house Depts. such as Contracts, Purchase, MEP, Estimation, Interior Coordination with External Consultants , Agencies & Vendors Coordination for Sales & Marketing requirements wrt Brochures , Sales Plans, Agreement Plans & Model Knowledge of RERA Requisites & Requisites for Documentation Coordination with All Concerned Consultants wrt Environmental Clearance for Dwgs, Data & Documentation. Coordination with the engineering department & Site Team Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes or structures Rigorous Checking of All Dwgs / Data / Documents as received from Consultants & Ensuring timely handover of drawing to the site well in advance. Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines Establishing project goals. Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe Participating in site visits. Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents Coordinating with Architectural consultants on the development of new projects Analyze MEP designs: ventilation, lighting, and plumbing system to be efficient, safe, and durable study and evaluate construction blueprint and plans to ensure a feasible design Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to design and implement an efficient system of operation.
