Job Description: Designation: Customer Support Executive L1 Billing Job Responsibilities: Experience in Medical Billing, EHR &/ EMR. Resolve tickets, complaints & transactions in Zendesk during and after each transaction. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients & working to establish a positive rapport with every customer Work with the product team to stay updated on product knowledge & be informed of any changes in company policies Impact the companys bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated to a satisfied customer Ability to remain professional and courteous with internal & external customers at all times Efficiently communicate with vendors to fulfill the customer's needs.
