Roles And Responsibilities Job Description Sr Analyst, Operations Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines and follows all predefined procedures with the objective to meet SLA target and to ensure that the performance parameters are met and exceeded within the guidelines, policies and norms of company Resolves individual cases that need re-work In Order to ensure high C-Sat scores from the end user Comes up with new ideas to improve in own work area. Identifies personal learning goals, leverages formal as well as informal learning mechanisms and prioritizes learning. Sets challenging goals for own self, demonstrates a sense of urgency to deliver on these goals in a timely and efficient manner. Has attention for details and focuses on delivering first time right out puts in a timely manner Conducts training for the team to ensure right skilling Supports the AM by training people on process/domain as part of the growth plan to ensure high E-Sat Handles/helps resolve escalations at the process level to ensure high customer satisfaction Participate in the ideation process and produces the documentation and trains the team on the reengineered process to meet partners and internal commitments on a continuous basis Promote awareness and understanding of best practices, policies relative to business applications Participate to QC the activities performed by the team to meet the high-quality output. Requirements Qualifications Bachelors degree (BA/B.Sc/B.Tech) 2+ years of experience on tools such as Salesforce CRM & EDI software Experience working on Selerix. Experience working with electronic enrollment platforms Experience working with XML & CSV files formats used in research and editing Critical thinking, Logical approach, Flexible, Quick Learner Willing to work in US shifts Preferred Skillsets Training Experience Insurance product knowledge Good written and verbal communication skills,
