Job Description

You should ideally possess 3 - 6 years of post-MBA experience with exceptional communication and analytical abilities to manage day-to-day corporate operations and strategic initiatives. The role may require you to relocate or be based out of Chennai, as we follow a hybrid model. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing working relationships and overseeing projects with various global stakeholders - Managing financial, pipeline, and sales reporting through Salesforce CRM and other MIS systems - Designing and implementing operational systems, processes, and policies to support accurate dashboards, reporting metrics, trends analysis, and timely deliverables - Promoting key metrics and reporting to measure and publish results - Tracking top opportunities, investments, and participating in pipeline review calls - Identifying and resolving issues across the operational organization - Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, drawing conclusions, and providing strategic recommendations and operational overviews using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills - Applying solid knowledge of management frameworks and project management skills - Assisting in designing and operationalizing sales benefits and incentives Requirements for the role: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills with logical structuring and storytelling using Advanced Excel dashboards and PowerPoint - Basic knowledge of corporate finance Core skills needed: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Solid core consulting skills, including analytical, research, and presentation abilities - Basic knowledge of corporate finance - Ability to integrate and synthesize large data sets and stakeholder perspectives - Management of operational performance and reporting cycles, overseeing KPIs, opportunity pipeline, and investment impact tracking - Strong project management skills in navigating ambiguous environments - Exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness - High personal and professional ethics Good to have experience and skills (not mandatory): - Basic Salesforce administration and reporting - Advanced Excel skills or BI data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI - Finance/quantitative background - Strategy & Operations consulting experience,
