You will be responsible for establishing the right Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking performance against them. In this role, you will maintain documentation of Service Level Agreements, ensuring accuracy, and coordinate information sharing with vendors following established procedures and reporting requirements. Additionally, you will be resolving technical and general employee inquiries. To succeed in this position, you should have a proven track record in handling employee inquiries effectively. As part of your role, you will be expected to adhere to Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the information you access. You must promptly report any suspected information security violation or breach. Furthermore, you are required to complete all periodic mandatory security training as per Mastercard's guidelines.,
