Project Role: Senior Analyst Customer Excellence Work Experience: 3 to 8 Years Work location: New Delhi / Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid Must Have Skills: Pharma Analytics , Business Consulting , Global Consulting Job Overview: Should able to work in Consulting and Pharma Analytics. Should be able to provide Competitive intelligence reports to Stakeholders and Clients Job Responsibility: Business Intelligence / Data Analysis Tools for Market Research purposes (mainly IQVIA proprietary tools and systems). Customer support roles, business or market research analyst. May assist product development management to define IT strategic direction and assists in the mapping of projects to that strategic direction whilst ensuring product capabilities. Global role based in India with exclusive reporting line into Switzerland Provided necessary Analytical and consulting inputs Technical Skills: Minimum 3 year's direct experience in business intelligence roles, customer support roles, business or market research analyst or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science Industry together with data analysis. Strong knowledge of VBA language and Macros development in Excel. Experience working with Business Intelligence / Data Analysis Tools for Market Research purposes (mainly IQVIA proprietary tools and systems). Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work and to feel confident in a matrix organization. Fluent in English, additional European languages would also be advantageous. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers and customers. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Life Science or related field,
