Job Description Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain EHSQ systems such as Intelex. Provide user support, system troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Coordinate and facilitate communication between Quality Team, IT, and software vendors. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Support testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and upgrades. Monitor system performance and proactively manage risks and issues. Document system processes, configurations, and user guidelines. Manage small to mid-size projects related to system implementation, enhancement, or integration. Ensure compliance with internal quality policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in system administration, with exposure to EHSQ platforms (e.g., Intelex). Proven experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support. Strong IT acumen with an interest and ability to learn new systems and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination skills to bridge gaps between business, IT, and vendors. Good project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus. Experience in quality or compliance-driven environments is advantageous. Preferred Skills: 5-10 years of experience Familiarity with GxP, ISO, or other quality standards. Experience with data reporting tools and dashboards. Change management and training experience.,
