Job Description
AIML Engineer Job Description Experience in developing end-to-end Machine learning models, including data cleaning, data analytics, feature engineering, model training & selection and model evaluation & visualization Solid knowledge of Machine learning algorithms (e.g., XGBoost, Neural Networks) and learning techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and their underlying computational and probabilistic statistics Proficient with MLOps including knowledge of relevant technology stacks (e.g. Docker containers, Kubernetes clusters) and cloud solutions, preferably Azure Proficient in prompt engineering with hands-on experience in developing Gen AI / LLM solutions end-to-end preferred Familiarity with Agentic AI architecture Proficient in Data Engineering, Exploratory Data Analysis, feature engineering, Secure and compliant data handling, data transformations Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services and enterprise-scale LLM solutions (in two or more of the following: Document / Text Classification, Document Summarization, Topic Modelling, Sentiment Analysis, OCR/ICR, Voice Recognition, and Chatbots) preferred Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different hierarchy levels Proficient in written and spoken English,
