The Tech Lead AI & Full Stack Development position based in Bangalore, MG road requires a motivated and experienced individual with over 3 years of software development experience. As a Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI-powered applications. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, training Large Language Models (LLMs), and leading a team in creating scalable full-stack applications. Your expertise in OpenAI, JavaScript (ReactJS, MongoDB), cloud infrastructure (GCP), and relational databases (SQL) will play a critical role in shaping our innovative AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the implementation of best practices in coding, architecture, and AI development. You will be involved in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), designing and implementing AI agents for automation and decision-making, and building and optimizing web applications using ReactJS, MongoDB, or SQL-based relational databases. Additionally, experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure for cloud-based deployment and infrastructure management will be beneficial. Collaboration and innovation are key aspects of this role as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise solutions. Ensuring high-quality code through reviews, documentation, and adherence to software development standards is also essential. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead a team in an agile environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilities. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ReactJS, Node.js) for front-end and back-end applications. - Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.). - Strong knowledge in AI agent development, prompt engineering, and NLP solutions. - Expertise in MongoDB (NoSQL) or SQL-based relational databases. - Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like Cloud Functions, Firestore, BigQuery, and AI/ML tools or Azure. - Good understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications. - Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
