We are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial management, taxation, and compliance, along with strong expertise in Tally ERP. This role involves managing the accounting team, optimizing financial workflows, and providing strategic insights for business growth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the companys accounting and finance operations. Ensure accurate financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management. Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings to ensure compliance with regulations. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Monitor and improve cost control measures, budgeting, and financial planning. Conduct periodic internal audits and coordinate with external auditors. Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for business decisions. Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced Excel skills. In-depth knowledge of taxation laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Experience in audit handling, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
