About the role: Join our growing finance team and take end-to-end ownership of U.S.-focused accounting, tax, and audit work while ensuring full compliance with Indian regulations. You will liaise directly with U.S. clients and guide junior staff on best practices. Key responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements under US GAAP and Ind AS. Lead U.S. federal and state tax filings (1120, 1065, 1040, etc.) and oversee GST/TDS compliance. Coordinate year-end audits for U.S. entities; compile PBC schedules and support SOX controls. Advise on cross-border structuring, transfer pricing, and treaty positions. Drive process improvements and automation in NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Tally, etc. Mentor and train junior accountants on U.S. standards and documentation. Must-have qualifications: Indian Chartered Accountant (CA) and active U.S. CPA license (any state). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years with US GAAP. Proven expertise in U.S. federal and state taxation and Indian direct/indirect taxes. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query) and experience with leading cloud ERPs. Excellent written and spoken English for cross-border collaboration.
