Job Description
Managing overall accounting & finance activities, and statutory compliance. Preparation of financial account statement, trial balance, P&L A/c & B/s. Audit facilitation, strategic financial planning, taxation etc. Monitoring & preparing the entire gamut of accounting functions encompassing varied MIS report preparation, accounting control, liaising and tax assessment. Monitoring stock management / auditing & sales movement. Planning & allotment of funds to the depts. Direct coordination with our company investors & CAs, CS etc Monitoring, implementing &guiding all accounts, finance, purchase, invoice management related matters. Reports - Presentation of management information system (MIS) metrics and reports. Budget maintenance and planning Legal and statutory compliance TDS calculation &filing of quarterly e-TDS returns. Sales tax & Professional tax computation & filing. Report - Preparing monthly closing & reports. Report - Monitoring cash &bank transactions. Report - Monitoring & preparing fund flow & cash flow to monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds. Monitoring bank reconciliation & day to day accounts activities. Handling Personal accounts of CMD. Coordinate with bank authorities. Ensure that each transaction complies with policy, regulatory and other requirements And other relevant accounting functions.
