As a skilled and experienced Accountant, your primary responsibility will involve the preparation and maintenance of financial statements such as Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. You will be entrusted with managing GST and TDS filings to ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in supporting audits and engaging with external auditors. Your expertise will also be utilized in assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and conducting financial analysis. Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Tally, is essential for maintaining accurate financial records. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a solid background of 3-5 years in accounting, including at least 2 years in a senior position. Your familiarity with accounting software like Tally and MS Excel, coupled with a deep understanding of GST, TDS, and tax compliance, will be highly advantageous. Effective communication skills and strong analytical abilities are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this position.
