Job Description

The manager/ Sr manager will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial reporting Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review in accordance with IND-AS Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, conduct variance analysis, and prepare financial forecasts Capitalization: Tangible and Intangible asset capitalization Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity Audits: Coordinate with auditors for internal, external, GST and tax audits.
