Key Responsibilities / Duties: Preparation of Financial Statements: Responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, managing the balance sheet, and consolidating financial statements of subsidiaries and associates. Accounts Finalization: Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of accounts finalization under Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS). Audit Coordination: Coordinate with auditors for quarterly and annual statutory audits. Yearly Assessment Management: Manage yearly financial assessments and ensure accurate reporting. MIS and Reporting: Prepare,analyze and monitor Management Information System (MIS) reports and other financial reports as required. Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation Qualifications: Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of Post-Articleship experience in a corporate environment. Experience: Proven experience in handling the finalization of accounts for at least one mid sized entity independently. Knowledge and Awareness: Adept at reading, understanding, and staying updated with IND AS standards and other relevant accounts-related compliance and changes. Personal Qualities: Willingness to work in a dynamic/challenging environment. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous projects. Confident, Proactive, and Desirous to grow in life. Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented.
