We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our financial operations. This role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes, including TDS, account finalization, auditing, and billing. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and tax laws. TDS Management: Manage TDS deductions, certifications, and filings. Account Finalization: Coordinate and manage the year-end closing process, including reconciliations and adjustments. Prepare and analyze financial statements for the year-end audit. Auditing: Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process. Ensure timely completion of audit queries and recommendations. Billing and Invoicing: Oversee the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals. Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
