Role: Senior Account Director Experience: 6+ years Location: Mumbai About the Role Were looking for a Senior Account Director to join the creative team at Digitas Mumbai. Youll lead the day-to-day on some of our key businessesmanaging relationships, shaping briefs, and helping deliver work thats as effective as it is inspiring. Youll be the bridge between our clients and the creative teamsomeone who can steer conversations, ask the right questions, and keep things moving without ever losing sight of the craft. What Youll Do Lead the business from a creative lenspartnering with clients to shape and steer great work Translate business problems into sharp creative briefs and actionable plans Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverykeeping things smooth, on-track, and creatively ambitious Work closely with strategy, creative, and tech teams to build integrated, insight-led campaigns Guide and mentor a team of account managers and executives Contribute to new ideas, new thinking, and the kind of culture that gets people excited to log in every day What You Bring 6+ years of experience in account management, preferably on the creative side at a digital or integrated agency A strong understanding of digital-first thinking, brand building, and content across platforms Experience working with cross-functional teamsstrategy, tech, production, media, and more Clear communication, strong client instincts, and a collaborative way of working The ability to juggle multiple workstreams without compromising on quality A deep respect for creative thinkingand the process it takes to get there,
