You are a skilled Air Conditioning Technician with a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units. As a detail-oriented individual, you will work independently and provide exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems, AHU, DUCT, Chiller, Cassete AC, and related equipment. You will conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems, ensuring optimal performance. Collaborating with property maintenance teams, you will address HVAC-related issues in residential and commercial properties. Your duties also involve reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings for system design and installation. As needed, you will execute welding tasks for system repairs or modifications and provide field service support, responding promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. Maintaining accurate records of work performed is essential, including parts used and time spent on each job. Requirements for this role include proven experience in AC and HVAC/Refrigeration systems, focusing on air conditioning technology. Strong skills in equipment repair and property maintenance are necessary. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred, along with the ability to read and understand schematics related to AC, AHU, DUCT, Chiller, and Cassete AC. Proficiency in welding techniques and excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential. Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC/R are a plus.
