Job Description

ABAP Development: o Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and forms for SAP ECC/S/4HANA systems. o Develop user exits, BADI implementations, enhancements, and custom workflows. o Support the development and maintenance of complex solutions across various SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, HR, etc.). o Modern ABAP technologies (ABAP OO, RAP, OData, CDS) Integration & Interfaces: o Create and manage interfaces between SAP systems and external systems using BAPI, IDOC, Web Services, and other integration technologies. Internal o Participate in the design and development of middleware and integration solutions. Optimization & Performance Tuning: o Identify and optimize inefficient ABAP code to improve system performance. o Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting on both custom and standard SAP programs. o Improve ABAP Code in terms of readability and maintainability Collaboration: o Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. o Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices. Testing & Debugging: o Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of ABAP programs to ensure high-quality, error-free applications. o Work closely with the QA team to validate the functionality of SAP solutions. Documentation & Code Quality: o Document design specifications, technical designs, and any custom modifications in accordance with company standards. o Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
