Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Creating 3D Assets:Modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating characters, environments, and objects. Technical Expertise:Proficient in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) and rendering engines. Collaboration:Working closely with animators, designers, and other artists to integrate 3D assets into projects. Mentoring and Leadership:Guiding and training junior artists, providing feedback, and ensuring quality control. Problem-Solving:Troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions to production challenges. Quality Control:Reviewing 3D art and providing constructive feedback to ensure high artistic standards. Project Management:Understanding project requirements, managing deadlines, and collaborating with stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications: Extensive Experience: Proven track record in 3D art production, often with 5+ years of experience. Strong Portfolio: Demonstrates a range of 3D skills and abilities, including modeling, texturing, and animation. Creative and Artistic Skills: Strong understanding of art principles, color theory, and composition. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in 3D software and rendering engines.
