Job Description

You will be working as a Customer Support Executive in a dynamic environment with a 5-day work week and 2 days of rotational week off. The shifts will be rotational, and you will be required to have BPO experience and skills along with an undergrad qualification. A Versant score of 50% is mandatory for this role. Please note that candidates from outstation locations will not be considered for this position. You will be provided with a laptop for work from home purposes, and lunch will be provided for employees working from the office. The preferred languages for communication are English and Hindi. This position is based in Domlur. Upon selection, you will undergo 45 days of training in the office, following which you will be allowed to work from home. Candidates with prior experience in BPO are preferred, and individuals with career gaps will not be considered for this role. The job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, and the option to work from home.
