Job Title: Semi-Skilled Technician PCB Department Female Candidates preferred Department: PCB Assembly & Testing Location: Kolkata Experience: 1-2 Years Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Skilled Technician (Female) to join our PCB Department. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in PCB assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. She should be familiar with soldering, component placement, and quality inspection techniques to ensure high-quality PCB production. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and solder electronic components onto PCBs as per circuit diagrams. Conduct visual inspection and functional testing of assembled PCBs. Identify and rectify minor defects in PCB assemblies. Work with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole components. Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures while handling PCBs. Maintain tools and equipment used for PCB assembly. Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to ensure product reliability. Maintain production logs and reports for completed work. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 1-2 years of experience in PCB assembly or related electronics manufacturing. Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits. Hands-on experience with soldering, rework, and debugging PCB faults. Understanding of quality control processes in PCB manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and assembly drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous): Experience with SMT assembly and reflow soldering. Knowledge of PCB testing equipment (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc.).
