Semi Senior UX/UI Designer at BairesDev In the Semi Senior UX/UI Designer position, leverage your experience to handle more complex design projects. You'll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and refining design systems, contributing significantly to the product's overall user experience. What you will do Lead UX/UI design projects for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their design work. Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to validate design concepts. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create cohesive and effective designs. Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for design improvement. What we are looking for 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design. Proven experience in creating user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. Experience with user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing. Advanced knowledge of design tools and software. Basic understanding of front-end development practices. Experience in presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
