Job Description

• Monitoring Security Systems: Continuously monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and intrusion detection systems
• Emergency Response: Quickly respond to security alarms, incidents, or breaches by following established procedures and protocols
• Access Control: Manage and control access to secure areas, granting or denying access to authorized individuals based on security policies
• Incident Reporting: Document security incidents, disturbances, and violations, and prepare incident reports for further action or investigation
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with security personnel, law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant parties during security incidents
• Patrol Coordination: Coordinate with security officers or guards on the ground to respond to and resolve security issues
• Fire and Safety Monitoring: Monitor fire detection systems and safety equipment to ensure a safe environment and initiate emergency responses during fire incidents
• CCTV Surveillance: Use surveillance cameras to observe and record activities within the facility, reporting any suspicious or unauthorized behavior
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance of security equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly
• Security Policies: Enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a secure environment
