Job Description

The Security Supervisor will supervise day-to-day security operations in the Security Department, ensuring that guards and team members adhere to protocols, maintain vigilance, and secure all hotel premises. Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring security personnel duties, conducting regular rounds for area security, reporting and responding to incidents or suspicious activity, assisting in emergency drills and safety procedures, and ensuring proper handover and documentation during shift changes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel security, possess leadership and conflict-handling skills, and have knowledge of emergency response protocols. This is a full-time position with food provided as a benefit. The preferred language is English, and work is required to be in person. The expected start date for this position is 15/07/2025.,
