Job Description
As the Head of Security, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site security operations and staff. Your main duties will include managing and monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring 24/7 security coverage, preparing security plans and procedures, conducting security audits and risk assessments, as well as coordinating with third-party agencies and local authorities. You will also be involved in planning and budgeting for security systems, training security personnel, and investigating/reporting security incidents. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in security/vigilance roles, with a strong background in leadership, planning, and crisis management. Knowledge of modern security systems such as CCTV and access control is essential, along with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. Experience in budgeting and planning for security infrastructure, as well as excellent communication and reporting skills, are also required. Local candidates from Ahmedabad are preferred for this full-time position with a flexible schedule and benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
