As the Supervisor in the Cargo Security department, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the pass section, serving as the signing authority for CEP & TCEP, collecting CEP/TCEP fees, and maintaining financial records. You will be tasked with ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently, coordinating the work of team members, and liaising with stakeholders on CEP & TCEP matters. Additionally, you will provide necessary approvals for TCEP/CEP issuance, ensure timely issuance and retrieval of CEP/TCEP, and handle any other tasks assigned by the Lead- Cargo Security. In terms of quality control, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of products being processed and implementing measures to uphold high standards. Maintaining accurate records of CEP/TCEP issuance, preparing and submitting regular reports to the Lead- Cargo Security, and continuously identifying areas for process improvement will also fall under your purview. It will be crucial to implement changes aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity, as well as staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be a 14 Days Basic AVSEC qualified professional. Essential experiences include familiarity with security procedures at Indian airports, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the security domain at the airport, and certification in AvSec courses like AvSec Induction and Basic AvSec. Proficiency in operating Windows applications, including Excel, word processing, email, and PowerPoint, along with strong organizational abilities, resilience to high-stress environments, and a willingness to work extra hours in challenging conditions are also required attributes.,
