Job Description

You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities. This involves coordinating with customers for schedules and incoming parts. You will also be tasked with preparing MIS reports, maintaining records, and monitoring key performance indicators. In addition, you will need to handle details of unloading vehicles and ensure timely follow-up. It will be your responsibility to submit daily and monthly Goods Received Note (GRN) reports to TML. Strong communication skills are essential for this role to effectively interact with various stakeholders. You will also be required to follow up on vendor rejection parts and coordinate the return process. Furthermore, you will need to work closely with the rework team to manage insurance parts re-work. Additionally, you will be responsible for raising insurance claims for damaged parts and maintaining monthly insurance details accurately.,
