Title:* Secretary with exp in Admin_Accounts_Front Office* Age: Upto 35 years Gender: Only Female Location: Kotturpuram Responsibilities: Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence. Maintain office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for senior management. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes and other meeting materials. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist in the preparation and coordination of events and conferences. Requirements: Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant with knowledge and experience in Accounting and Tally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Pleasing personality.
