Job Description
As a New Plant Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for tracking the progress of new project/plant setups, ensuring adherence to project milestones and timelines. You will work closely with the PE/Civil/Utility teams to address plant layout concerns during the construction phase and develop countermeasure plans. Your role will involve preparing schedules, reports, and presentations, as well as monitoring and resolving pending issues within specified time frames. In this position, you will collaborate with various departments to resolve conflicts and report project progress status periodically to the management. It will be your responsibility to flag major issues and ensure the implementation of carbon neutrality and safety countermeasures. Your expertise in facility planning, process planning, and coordination activities will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Track new project/plant setup progress and ensure milestone achievement - Address plant layout concerns and develop countermeasure plans - Prepare schedules, reports, and presentations for project updates - Monitor and resolve pending issues within specified time frames - Coordinate with various departments for conflict resolutions - Report project progress status periodically and flag major issues to management - Ensure implementation of carbon neutrality and safety countermeasures Key Requirements: - Education: Diploma/B.Tech - Experience: Diploma: 9-13 years, B.Tech: 2.6-6 years - Facility planning expertise: production facilities layouting, planning, and lean manufacturing - Process planning expertise: vehicle assembly, engine assembly, weld shop, industrial engineering - Coordination activities experience: project management, working with civil-utilities team, monitoring pending issues for closure - Competencies: understanding of 4-wheeler vehicle development and manufacturing process, experience in Japanese company, project management tools proficiency, AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge If you have a strong background in project management, facility planning, and process planning, and possess the ability to act swiftly in critical situations, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position.,
