Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and agreements for compliance, accuracy, and relevance. You will be required to perform due diligence and risk assessments on legal materials, assist in the preparation and management of litigation documents, and conduct legal research to support litigation and corporate legal requirements.
