As a Software Developer at MindTickle, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling large-scale applications and platforms. Your role will involve translating business problems into technical solutions, collaborating within product streams and teams, and leveraging a world-class tech stack. You will set quantifiable objectives to ensure the quality attributes of our systems meet expected standards and implement tracking/alerting systems to monitor infrastructure/software performance. To excel in this role, you should have 2-5 years of software development experience and strong proficiency in GoLang, Node JS, React, and other JS frameworks. Experience with AWS and services, Docker, Kubernetes, ChatGPT, and OpenAI is beneficial. Your backend and front-end development skills should be exceptional, and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases is required. Additionally, excellent communication skills, the ability to learn new technologies quickly, and effective teamwork are essential qualities.
