If you are passionate about creating scalable and efficient systems and possess a strong proficiency in backend technologies, we would love to meet you. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to support our backend services and ensure seamless data flow and integration across various platforms. Responsibilities System Design and Development Design, implement, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Participate in architecture and design discussions to improve system performance and scalability. Code Quality and Best Practices Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards. Debug and troubleshoot existing applications to optimize performance. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to contribute to project planning and progress tracking. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Cloud Infrastructure Management Manage and optimize applications hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Implement monitoring and logging tools to ensure high availability and performance of applications. Assist in designing and enforcing security protocols for cloud infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. 3-8 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Node.js and any of the following languages: Python, Golang, Java, Ruby on Rails. Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot for Java development. Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus. Familiarity with system design principles and best practices. Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proficient in version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
