Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 1+ years of experience. You should hold a B.Tech degree from Tier 1 Institutes, including IITs, BITS Pilani, NITs, IIITs, DTU, NSUT, etc. As an SDE-I, your primary responsibility will be contributing to backend development for high-performance systems. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to write clean, scalable code and gain exposure to the design patterns utilized in production-grade systems. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining microservices using Core Java, applying OOPS principles and clean code practices, debugging and resolving issues in a multithreaded environment, as well as engaging with peers for code reviews and design discussions. The must-have skills for this role include a strong understanding of Core Java and OOPS concepts, a basic grasp of multithreading and concurrency, as well as familiarity with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.,
