Job Description: The Expertise Were Looking For 5+ years of experience working with or in agile teams and understanding of agile practices Consistent track record as a Scrum Master with responsibility for coaching and mentoring squads with complex dependencies Experience in delivering quality software utilizing agile practices Jira and Jira align proficiency and familiarization with different agile practices (Kanban, Lean etc) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Holds technical experience at some point in their career .
