Job Description

As a Scrum Master at our Cloud Team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of internal Design System releases and facilitating agile processes. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile environments and Digital teams, you will play a key role in leading the scrum teams towards success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Holding a Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM I) and utilizing your expertise to drive Continuous Improvement activities aimed at enhancing collaboration, communication, and efficiency while minimizing operational waste. - Coaching the team on Agile Principles, ensuring accountability, and facilitating all scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospectives. - Keeping the team focused on deliverables by collaborating with the team manager to eliminate impediments and fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive team environment. - Identifying purposeful metrics to measure team progress and working closely with the Product Owner on project administrative functions. - Assisting the team as a junior designer in various aspects of the design process, including user research, sketching, storyboarding, and prototyping. - Collaborating closely with other designers and developers to guide the product from inception through delivery. This role is hands-on, and your active participation will be crucial to the success of the projects.
