Job Description
Join Our Agile Team! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and guide our agile development teams. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate all aspects of the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Manage and prioritize product backlogs, release backlogs, and team capacity. Guide teams in defining user stories, estimating tasks, and tracking progress. Resolve project roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of releases. Mentor and coach team members in agile principles and best practices. Utilize project management tools like Jira to track progress, manage risks, and generate reports. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Experience with project management tools like Jira Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead and mentor agile teams Scrum Master certification and PMP certification (preferred),
