Job Description

Total exp: 6-10 Relevant exp 4+ years Timely follow-up, investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of tickets on Oracle E-Business Suite. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for various repetitive problems and provide suggestions for speedy problem resolution. Able to communicate at an appropriate functional and business level for the audience on any questions/Issues. Should be able to work independently with client and end user directly. Co-ordinate with Oracle Support for resolution of severity SRs. Experience in the preparation of Standard Operating procedures specific to Clients business process. Assist in month end tasks and documented month end reconciliation tasks list to the team. Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or higher. And should have knowledge in Oracle PO, Order Management and Inventory module functionalities, Configurations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ,
