We are seeking dynamic and passionate Science and Mathematics Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidates must have strong subject expertise, a student-centric approach, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Experience in using digital tools or smart classrooms will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Teach Math/Science curriculum as per school guidelines and board (CBSE/State) standards. Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and worksheets aligned with learning objectives. Conduct experiments and demonstrations (for Science) and promote problem-solving skills (for Math). Create and grade classwork, homework, assessments, and exams. Track and analyze student performance and provide feedback. Offer remedial classes or extra support as needed. Maintain discipline and foster a positive and respectful classroom environment. Use various instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles. Use digital learning tools, projectors, or learning apps (as applicable). Maintain academic data and reports through the schools digital platform. Participate in PTMs and maintain regular communication with parents/guardians. Share student progress, achievements, or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Participate in school functions, academic workshops, and training programs. Support science/math-related events like Olympiads, exhibitions, or competitions. Qualifications & Skills B.Sc./M.Sc. in the respective subject. Experience: 12 years preferred. Freshers with subject proficiency are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English. Digital literacy (Google Classroom, Smart Boards, etc.) Passion for teaching and child development.
