Job Description

The job role of Regional Manager at the company entails being responsible for school sales and increasing penetration in schools within the designated region. As a Regional Manager, you will be expected to achieve individual school sales targets, meet with school heads and owners to promote programs, and engage with heads of school chains to empanel as adventure/travel vendors. It will also be your responsibility to promote through school conferences, associations, professional bodies, etc. In addition to sales responsibilities, the role involves recruiting and grooming a school sales team to enhance penetration in the qualified school list. You will work collaboratively as part of the operations team in camps to ensure the smooth delivery of programs. It is essential to update daily sales efforts in CRM, CDIS, and other platforms, as well as provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients. Maintaining and updating various records and files, as well as adhering to all existing and new rules, are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in school sales, preferably in the tour and travel industry. A postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management, is desired. Effective communication and presentation skills, excellent public relation skills, and a sales-oriented go-getter attitude are essential for success in this role.
