Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities

School Engagement: Identify and approach schools to introduce India's Talent Talks and its offerings.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and counselors.

Program Promotion: Present and explain the benefits of our talent programs to schools and encourage student participation.

Event Coordination: Collaborate with schools to organize and manage talent events, ensuring smooth execution.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from schools and participants to improve future programs.

Reporting: Maintain records of school interactions, participation rates, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Experience: 13 years of experience in school outreach, relationship management, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
