Job Description
As the Outreach Manager, your primary responsibility will be to communicate the distinguishing features of our product and program to prospective schools/colleges and their principals. This will involve engaging with them through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Furthermore, you will be tasked with reaching out to schools/colleges to encourage their participation in various activities such as Career Assessment Tests, Career Counselling Sessions, and Workshops to generate leads effectively. Your role will also involve providing strategic direction for all School/College outreach-related activities, overseeing lead generation, management, tele-calling, and conversion management. As a leader, you will need to provide guidance to the team, resolve any arising issues, and ensure that the team meets its targets promptly. In addition to structuring the team and establishing reporting mechanisms, you will be responsible for training new employees, maintaining the Outreach database, and preparing comprehensive outreach reports with relevant metrics. Your strategic planning and implementation of outreach activities should align with the broader organizational goals. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in educational events, fairs, information sessions, and seminars to represent the organization. Your role will also entail forming and nurturing alliances with external consultants and stakeholders to enhance the organization's visibility and develop plans for attracting new schools/colleges. Collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to plan promotional materials and events will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold an Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable university in India or abroad. A minimum of 5+ years of sales/outreach experience in schools/colleges in India is essential. Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace are also required. Your ability to manage effective relationships with schools/colleges for future events and engagements will be crucial for success in this dynamic position.,
