Job Description
Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and improve the ERP system. Troubleshoot ERP system issues. Develop and maintain ERP system reports and analytics. Ensure ERP system security and data integrity. Provide ERP system support to end-users. Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP system features and best practices. Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth ERP system operations. Worked with third-party teams for integration tasks and support. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in ERP system implementation, maintenance, and support. Strong understanding of LMS/ERP system configuration, customization, and integration. Experience with LMS/ERP system reporting and analytics. Knowledge of ERP system security and data integrity best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
