Gracenote is a top provider of entertainment information, specializing in creating industry-leading databases of TV, movie, and music metadata for various entertainment platforms including applications and in-car entertainment. As a leading supplier of TV and Movie entertainment data, we cater to prominent entertainment platforms and devices. Currently, we are seeking a Schedule Editor to join our Content team. The Global Schedule Editor plays a crucial role in performing metadata editing tasks associated with the continuous maintenance and development of media databases and content, particularly within the audiovisual domain. Responsibilities: - Evaluate program schedules, review database information, and generate database content for original series and specials - Conduct research and document ambiguous program content by collaborating with program information providers or Gracenote personnel - Cultivate effective relationships with programming information providers, and serve as a customer service representative to address issues related to product content and policies - Analyze program data from sources, evaluate database information, and correctly map IDs within the mapping interface - Ensure timely updates of listings information beyond regular business hours when necessary - Coordinate workflow for absent colleagues and provide cross-shift updates to establish an autonomous team - Fulfill other assigned duties by the management team Requirements & Qualifications: - Graduation in any stream - Exceptional grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills - Attention to detail, robust problem-solving capabilities, and effective time management skills - Proficiency in independent and team-based work - Business-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and/or G-Suites, along with proficient internet research abilities - Quality-oriented with a keen eye for detail - Capable of working in a self-directed and high-paced environment - Willingness to work in a 24/7 operation, including evening and weekend shifts - Knowledge of international TV shows and the media sector is advantageous - Curious with a learning mindset - Logical thought process - The role is hybrid; therefore, you must reside near Nielsen's office Join us at Gracenote and be a part of a dynamic team focused on delivering top-notch entertainment information to a global audience.,
