POSITION SUMMARY The SAP Systems Lead for Service Management & Leasing plays a pivotal role in ensuring the implementation and optimization of Order to Cash (O2C) solutions at Zoetis. This individual is tasked with spearheading Service Management initiatives within O2C, with a focus on supporting the Service Management and Diagnostic business units. Acting as an internal consultant and design architect for SAP's global solutions, He/ She will collaborate closely with peers in the ZTD organization and business stakeholders to design tailored business processes and solution framework that harness the full potential of SAP modules. From conceptualization to implementation, their responsibilities include developing, prototyping, testing, and rolling out solution enhancements aimed at enhancing stability, usability, and functionality. Ultimately, their efforts empower end-users to effectively meet and surpass business objectives. Job Responsibilities: Develop, prototype, test and implement Order Mgt. functionality and integration with other SAP modules like Vistex for pricing and Hybris integration for Order to Cash Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates. Develop, prototype, test and implement Service Management and Leasing functionality and integration with other SAP modules like Vistex for pricing and Hybris integration for O2C. Perform thorough analysis to identify all potential impacts for change requests, solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of new and existing business processes & Support the functional team with issues and come up with solution. Lead design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements, troubleshooting errors and proposing effective solutions in the order management process area & Work with Business counterparts to ensure audit, SOX and other compliance requirements. Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within Order to cash processes, working collaboratively with internal teams to implement necessary improvements. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field MBA preferred 5-7+ years of combined SAP Service Management module within O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations Domain Expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions: Order Management and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes Solid grasp of indirect sales processing Knowledge and experience with SAP Order to Cash solutions for Pharmaceutical, Bio Device, Diagnostics device and service processes and solutions, as required to support all team leads Experience with GATP, GTS, DMR and Vistex Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Planning, Intercompany sales, Finance, and Logistics are fundamental Identify, propose, and influence technology solutions to build and maintain the optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support the reporting requirements Experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in several or all of the following areas: Master Data Equipment Material Serial profile Functional Location Warranties Service Notification and Service Order Sales order ATP process Pricing Resource Related Billing (RRB) Periodic and Milestone billing Customer Leasing and integration with Finance Knowledge of Variant configuration is a plus Working knowledge of SM/CS integration with CRM tools such as SFDC Hands on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers.
