Job Description
You will be responsible for handling P1/P2/P3 Tickets/requests from customers, as well as having hands-on experience in Handling the Change Requests from the business. Your role will involve End to End implementation exposure and Solution Designing, Testing, Test Script preparation, and Training the users. You should be able to implement solutions based on non-standard requirements with the participation of functional consultants, and work with consultants from areas such as ABAP, logistics, sales, finance, and Production Planning. Flexibility to work in US Shifts is required. Your primary responsibility will be to support the SD module on day-to-day issues and change requests. You should have hands-on experience in Preparing Functional Specification documents and working with Vistex Solutions such as Billbacks, Chargebacks, Sales Rebates, Sales Incentives (Commissions and Royalties). Strong Integration Knowledge with SD, Vistex, FI, MM, CRM is essential. You will address issues related to Accrual with Settlement and FICO Postings of IP Chargebacks and Rebates, as well as Returns Process for IP chargebacks and Purchasing Rebates. Hands-on experience in handling the Change Requests, Requirement gathering, Understanding the business process, and Designing the Solution is expected. Your role will involve working with clients to identify key business requirements, Analyze Estimation, design, development, Testing, Data Migration, Upgradation projects in SAP SD Process Area. Liaising with WRICEF team to create Functional specifications that meet business requirements and solution development. Basic knowledge of Debugging is required. You will work with Business users for testing and implementation of break-fix issues and enhancements in the production system. Excellent Business Process - Understanding of Sales order Processing, Pricing concepts, Milestone Billing, Revenue Recognition, Returns Process, Credit Management, Delivery Processing, Shipment Processing, Batch Management, Rebates and Agreements, Packing, Condition contracts, Third-party sales process, STO (Stock Transport Orders), Inter Company sales processes, Output determination, BRF+, Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC, Account determination, Transfer of Requirements, Availability check, and setting up Batch Jobs is crucial. Hands-on experience related to Logistics Execution is required, which includes Route determination, Scheduling, Shipment document creation, Shipment cost document, Processing of Deliveries, Freight forwarders interface with Third-party systems like 3PL. Knowledge in ABAP debugging, Identifying the USER EXIT, BADI, and BAPI as per the business requirement, is necessary. You should be able to prepare the Functional specification documents and identify the relevant tables and fields. Cross-functional integration with MM, PP, FI/CO is expected, as well as working closely with internal team and external partners to ensure new developments align with roadmap and integrate seamlessly with other platform components. Supporting ongoing development for existing projects/applications independently and collaborating with teams and clients effectively is essential. You should be comfortable working with onsite-offshore teams, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be flexible to work in US EST hours or based on customer requirements. Being well versed with support methodologies and AMS projects is crucial for success in this role.,
