We specialize in strategy, architecture, delivery and support of solutions in the ECM, BI and Mobility space Position: SAP SD & MM Consultant Experience: 6 Yrs - 8 Yrs Job Location: Hyderabad/ Gurgaon We are seeking a skilled SAP SD & MM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide application support, resolve user issues, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the SAP SD and MM modules. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience in configuration and support. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD and MM modules. Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Configure and maintain SD & MM modules based on user requirements. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements. Handle master data and transactional data issues (Material, Vendor, Customer, Pricing, etc.). Support integration points between SD/MM and other modules like FI, WM, PP, etc. Participate in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and coordinate with QA teams. Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications and user guides. Work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging issues. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to SD/MM. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 68years of experience in SAP SD and MM support. Strong knowledge of key SD processes: Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Deliveries. Experience with SAP ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or SAP Solution Manager. Hands-on experience with configuration in SAP SD and MM. Understanding of IDocs, EDI, and interfaces with third-party systems.
