The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of projects throughout their life-cycle. You will be in charge of defining, planning, tracking, and managing the project. It is your responsibility to identify key resources and provide them with the necessary direction to meet project objectives. Providing leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget, and project quality criteria is a key aspect of your role. You must also ensure adherence to project management methodology practices, provide team coaching, evaluate the performance of team members, and reinforce enterprise knowledge management through the collection and communication of lessons learned. During the Opportunity Management Phase of customer engagement, you may be asked to assist by providing input into the proposal or completing specific proposal deliverables. This may involve areas such as delivery model, project structure, organization, scoping, estimation, and risk assessment. Your responsibilities will include defining the appropriate delivery model for customer projects, scoping and estimating engagements, determining required resources, and understanding and delivering according to SAP delivery models. You will assess, document, and communicate risks for engagements, position SAP delivery methodology SAP Activate, conduct project planning activities, and manage project execution according to plan. Managing relationships with project stakeholders, both internal and external, is crucial. You will need to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. As a Project Manager, you must ensure the proper use of methodology, tools, and procedures. It is essential to establish proper governance to best meet project objectives and balance the trade-off of the triple constraint (time, cost, and scope) to realize the expected business value. Proactively identifying changes in work scope, ensuring appropriate planning measures are taken, managing the financial aspects of the project, analyzing risks, and establishing contingency plans are all part of your role. You should escalate issues early, determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties, manage project stakeholder satisfaction, and position project management reviews with customers effectively. Mentoring project teams, coaching team members, and supporting people development tasks are also important aspects of the job. Job Requirements: - 5+ years of project management experience in project implementations using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools. - Must have delivered at least 3 end-to-end SAP 4/HANA implementations. - Demonstrated experience in team building and leading teams. - PMP certification is an asset. - SAP Activate certification SAP Activate Project Manager is a plus. - Agile Project Management skills are required. - Understanding of SAP Solution Manager is preferred. - SAP functional and/or technical knowledge is a plus.,
