Job Description
Client Location: Dubai Contract Duration: 2 Years(Extendable) Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Environment Manager to join our team for an ongoing ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical environment aspects of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and performance. The Environment Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the appropriate infrastructure, environments, and tools are in place to support project activities, from development to testing and production. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the configuration and setup of various environments (e.g., development, testing, staging, production) for the SAP S4Hana system. Ensure that all environments are properly provisioned, maintained, and aligned with project requirements. Monitor the health and performance of SAP S4hana environments to ensure stability and availability. Implement best practices, automation tools, and processes to streamline environment setup, deployment, and maintenance. Manage the creation, configuration, and maintenance of environments in accordance with project milestones and release cycles. Support the release management process, ensuring that releases are deployed across environments smoothly and without disruptions. Work closely with the project team, developers, system architects, and IT teams to understand the specific needs for each environment. Serve as a liaison between the technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of environmental requirements. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams for smooth environment transitions and updates. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Years of Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT environment management, system administration, or similar roles. Knowledge & Skills Familiarity with SAP S4Hana systems architecture and workflows. Expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning of technical environments. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.,
